Case study on Living for creative industry
Size: m2

Eindhoven city is profiling itself as the design capital of the world. The city is known for its innovation and creative industry. To make more advantage of its potential, the city should showcase this creative class more to the public and encourage synergy between different parties.
The design of two towers with design student housing and a plinth for creative industry in the middle of the city will make ‘design’ more accessable to the public.
The building is designed as a concrete frame which gives enough flexibility for its users and residents to create their own creative urban utopia. The generic space within the ‘frame’ creates a dynamic ambiance where different people encounter and share their thoughts.
