Villanueva Architect

Architectural firm Villanueva architect was founded by architect Dennis Villanueva. The studio is located on Eindhoven in the creative heart of Strijp-S. From the characteristic and inspiring Videolab / Office-S building (cradle of the first Philips DVD and Blu-ray player) all ideas come about and unique plans are further developed.

We work on various projects with great passion and professionalism. The design issue is carefully formulated for a variety of projects, from private to commercial, so that each assignment is unique. For each project, a team is put together that best suits the design concept and the wishes of the client.

Each project is developed in close consultation with the client. An open dialogue between client, architect and other parties involved is the guiding principle in every process. Our quality lies in creating multidisciplinary hybrid and functional concepts, which result in an almost natural simplicity with attention to the smallest detail.
