Presentation to locals for development plans 17 houses/apartments at Kneppelhoutstraat

On the 13th of November 2020, an information evening was held for residents of the plan development at Kneppelhoutstraat in Eindhoven. The information evening was held in Zalen centrum Eindhoven. During this evening, architect Dennis Villanueva gave a presentation on the plans to demolish existing houses and underlying garages and replace them with 17 new-build apartments and houses. A main volume with apartments will be built on Kneppelhoutstraat, with a green, inviting courtyard with small houses in the rear area.

After intensive consultation with the municipality of Eindhoven, the municipality has agreed to further develop the development plans into a building permit application. The development fits in well with the future vision for the city and contributes to the acute housing shortage.
