Design for a small office building located on the river De Dommel. The office building offers a beautiful view of the green surroundings with optimal natural light for the workspaces.

The 2-storey main volume has a closed character for privacy. Two office volumes “cut” through the main volume and open towards different sides of the lot. A volume gives the workers a visual connection to the street. The other volume overlooks the river with a view over the river and the adjacent park. The cantilever also indicates the entrance and entrance to the parking spaces at the rear.

The staircase comes out of the main volume, so that users briefly step out of the office and work environment. Passing traffic and pedestrians can see the office activities without getting a full picture.

The playful composition of varied openings and closed façade parts create different office space atmospheres and varied visual communication with the surrounding, and from the outside with exciting views to the inside.
